As the Opioid Epidemic grows in our workplace will began to be affected.  The drug addiction in the workplace goes unnoticed because most managers are not trained to identify use or impairment in the workplace.  This lack of knowledge can lead to injuries or fatalities in the workplace.  This presentation will help the attendee to identify signs and symptoms, how to assess use and abuse, and best treatment practices.  This epidemic has affected every workplace demographic and the workplace needs to be equipped to deal with it.
