Louis DeRienzo, a (SR) Sales Program Specialist for the past 2 years, currently manages the small business sales employee lead & revenue generation programs for the USPS.  Prior to this he served as the Communications Manager for the Global Shipping Dept. and was in charge of training and employee and industry engagement for international Shipping. In his 20 year Postal Career he has had many roles beginning with his start as a letter carrier in 1999 and a delivery and distribution supervisor in the Northern New Jersey District.

Lou was one of the original Small Business Specialists and served as the customer service ambassador for the Northern New Jersey District. He led the nation in Sales generated through the small business employee lead programs for 2 years before being promoted to the acting Retail Manager of the District. Lou was the nations "train the Trainer" for eBay Days and Grow Your Business Days when originally launched and moved on to headquarters to join the package services dept. in 2006. Lou has led the ARS program involving getting businesses to use the USPS for Parcel returns and also been in charge of our trade show efforts to promote our services to the shipping industry. He also acted as the program manager each USPS shipping service both domestic and international and was responsible for managing USPS partnerships with FedEx and Bancomer money transfer banking services.
